Exchange Policy

Bunga Pads are medical-grade products that are worn directly against the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot resell any item once it has left our facility, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges, as described below.

Defective products

Every Absolute Athletics, LLC product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 10 days of the shipment date and we will send you a replacement of the same product at our expense.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We will exchange unused, new product for a different size of the same item within 10 days of the invoice date, subject to the following:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with no stickers, tags or residue, ready to go back on the shelf.
  • A 20% exchange fee applies to exchanges that are not due to a defect. Items that are not in resalable condition may be charged a higher fee or refused.
  • The customer pays the cost of shipping the item back to us, plus $7.95 shipping and handling for the replacement (US). Canadian customers pay the original shipping amount, minimum $25.00 USD. International customers should contact us for a shipping quote before sending an item.

How to request an exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number and what you would like to exchange.
  2. We will reply with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number. Items received without an EA number written clearly on the outside of the package will be refused.
  3. Ship the item to:

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit to us.

Shipping discrepancies

Any missing or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of the shipment date.
